Connect the Nine Bike Ride

Connect the 9 Bike Ride 2014

Get your bells and whistles out! The New Orleans Group of the Sierra Club is going for a bike ride!

We are joining up with several community allies for our next recreational outing on April 5, 2014. "CONNECT the NINE" will be a bike ride to connect the Upper and Lower 9th Ward and advocate for safe transportation options for bikers and walkers on the St. Claude Bridge!

WHY CONNECT THE NINE? Read the summary and the report from UNO on BikeEasy.

The ride starts at The Green Project, crosses the St. Claude Avenue Bridge to the Lower 9th Ward, stops on the levee at Deslonde, and wraps up at Bayou Bienvenue Observation Center.

Join us at any of these stops!
